Why We Started ANTROPRISE

We started ANTROPRISE because we kept watching the same story play out. A brilliant founder would hire an agency, get a beautiful prototype, and then spend the next 18 months rebuilding everything because the foundation was wrong. Or an enterprise would launch a digital transformation program, spend $40M, and end up with a slower version of what they had before.

We believed — and still believe — that the gap between good software and bad software isn't talent. It's judgment, honesty, and the courage to build things right when it would be faster and more profitable to cut corners. So we built the agency we wished existed. Senior engineers only. No offshore-then-onshore bait-and-switch. No account managers who don't understand the code. Just engineers who own their work end-to-end and tell you the truth, even when it's uncomfortable.

Alex has spent 18 years building enterprise software across energy, fintech, and healthcare. Before ANTROPRISE, he was VP of Engineering at a $2B SaaS company where he led a team of 120 engineers. He founded ANTROPRISE with a single belief: that the best engineers deserve a company worth working for, and the best clients deserve engineers worth trusting.

At ANTROPRISE, she sets engineering standards, leads the research program, and personally reviews architecture for all major client engagements.

He leads client partnerships, the entrepreneur program, and ANTROPRISE's growth strategy.

Priya leads ANTROPRISE's AI and machine learning practice. She holds a PhD in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon, has published 14 peer-reviewed papers on real-time ML systems, and previously led ML infrastructure at a Fortune 100 tech company. She founded ANTROPRISE's research lab and personally oversees all AI/ML engagements.
